Sports & Physical Education
Building strength, discipline and teamwork through active learning

Saraswati Bhuvan High School takes great pride in its vast and well-maintained outdoor sports and play area, thoughtfully designed to support the physical development, fitness and well-being of every student. The school provides a spacious playground with proper safety and supervision, ensuring that students participate in sports and physical activities in a secure learning environment.

Students regularly engage in a wide range of traditional and modern field games such as Kho-Kho, Kabaddi and Volleyball. These activities promote teamwork, sportsmanship, stamina, agility and coordination, while developing confidence, discipline and competitive spirit. The playground also serves as a dedicated space for Physical Training (PT) exercises and structured fitness routines.

The school also emphasizes holistic health and wellness. Daily Yoga and Meditation sessions conducted in the open environment help students develop flexibility, emotional balance, concentration and mental calmness — making physical fitness an enjoyable and consistent part of school life.
